Shipping
Vanzbon (Hk) Limited ships to the address you provide. Shipping times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Vanzbon (Hk) Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
You may return any clothing item within 14 days of receipt for any reason. You do not need to provide a reason. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. You must contact Vanzbon (Hk) Limited at [email protected] to initiate a return. Vanzbon (Hk) Limited will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Vanzbon (Hk) Limited may reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days from the date Vanzbon (Hk) Limited receives the returned item. For PayPal refunds, the refund takes at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Vanzbon (Hk) Limited does not refund original shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact Vanzbon (Hk) Limited at [email protected] and provide photographs of the damage or defect. After 7 days, Vanzbon (Hk) Limited cannot accept any claim for damaged or defective items. Vanzbon (Hk) Limited will provide a replacement or a refund at its sole discretion.
